1. Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
  • Certain items, such as perishable goods, personal care products, or items marked as final sale, are not eligible for returns. Please check the product description for any exceptions.

2. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at info@mnrinternationalllc.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to proceed.
  • Please do not send your purchase back without first receiving an RMA number.
  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

3. Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@mnrinternationalllc.com.
  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired product.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Certain items cannot be returned, including:
    • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
    • Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, skincare products)
    • Gift cards
    • Downloadable software or digital products
    • Items marked as final sale

7. Late or Missing Refunds

8. Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error.
